This Site is a service by FDAC to assist those in need of a family-related professional connect to said professional(s), and vice-versa. The law constantly changes and varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, medical or therapeutic advice changes from professional to professional. Therefore, all users should consult professional medical, therapeutic or legal professionals in his or her jurisdiction regarding the applicability of any issues discussed at this Site to any specific problem. Use of this Site does NOT establish an attorney-client relationship, a doctor-patient relationship, a therapist-patient relationship or any other professional relationship. This Site should not be used as a substitute for competent and professional legal, medical or therapeutic advice.
Permitted Uses.You may use this Site solely for internal, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

2. Initial Appointment Policy and Scheduling of Appointments Through the Site
Your use of the Site, and scheduling of appointments through the Site, are subject to the FDAC Initial Appointment Policy, which is listed here. Prepaid appointments do not apply to realtors or financial advisors. Further, a violation of the Initial Appointment Policy by a Family Professional Fellow will subject that Family Professional Fellow to immediate removal from the panel.
3. Indemnity of Advisory Board
Family Dynamics Assistance Center LLC, is a privately held California Limited Liability Company and is responsible for all decisions and actions related to FDAC business and the use of this Site, including final decision as to whether to admit new members. Our advisory board members are not officers or elected board members of FDAC and/or Family Dynamics Assistance Center LLC. Said advisory board members therefore have full indemnity against any claims brought against FDAC or related entities.
4. Credit Card Information
For Site users, excluding listed Family Professional Fellows, this Site will not store any financial/credit card/payment information online.
5. Family Professional Fellow Selection/Qualifications and FDAC Disclaimer.
The qualifications of Family Professional Fellows are as follows: 1. Panel members will initially be nominated by an Advisory Panel and later by existing panel members; 2. Must have worked full-time in their given field for at least the past five years; 3. Must have handled a minimum number of cases for any given Panel category; 4. Must have references from colleagues and/or clients, depending upon the Panel category; and 5. All Panel members will have an opportunity to advise Family Dynamics Assistance Center whether a proposed Panel member might not be well-suited for the Panel.
FDAC does not warrant the validity of the information, nor does it guarantee the quality of the work product of the Family Professional Fellows. FDAC does not review the content of the listings that are provided by the Family Professional Fellows or any links to respective sites, other than the categories for which the Family Professional Fellows have been pre-screened by FDAC. All users of the Site are encouraged to make their own independent investigation and evaluation of any Family Professional Fellow they might consider hiring.
6. No Representation of Warranty.
FDAC does not represent or warrant that this Site will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. FDAC does not warrant or represent that the information available on or through the Site will be correct, accurate, timely, or reliable. FDAC may make improvements and/or changes to its features, functionality or content of this website at any time.
7. Family Professional Fellow Limitations.
It is the responsibility of each Family Professional Fellow to provide FDAC with accurate, current information, and to advise us of any changes to contact information. You acknowledge that rules of professional conduct (including but not limited to all State Bar, Medical Board, or any other ethical rules that apply to the profession) apply to all aspects of participation in this Site and that you will abide by such rules. FDAC disclaims all responsibility for compliance with these rules. Further, a violation of the Initial Appointment Policy by a Family Professional Fellow will subject that Family Professional Fellow to immediate removal from the panel.
8. Submitted Data
You agree not to submit any messages, data, information, text, or links or other material which are unlawful or abusive in any way, or which are not related to the purposes of the Site. All content is subject to the Article Submission Guideline Policy, which is linked here.
9. Limitation of Liability
This Site is provided on an “as-is” basis. FDAC expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. FDAC disclaims all responsibility for any loss or claim or liability of any kind in any way related to use of this Site. FDAC will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from your use of the Site. To the extent any such limitation on liability is prohibited, FDAC’s sole obligation to the user for damages will be $1. FDAC reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of our Terms and Conditions of Use and to take any action we deem appropriate, including reporting such activity to third parties and the banning of your IP address from further website access.
