As a speaker, Mr. Baer presented at the California Psychological Association (CPA) Convention in 2012 and 2013. On April 19, 2013, he was a panelist at the American Bar Association’s Section of Family Law 2013 Spring CLE Conference in Anchorage, Alaska. The presentation was entitled, “Navigating the Emotional Currents of Collaborative Law.” Mark was also selected to author a chapter for “Inside the Minds: Strategies for Family Law in California, 2013 ed.”, published by Thomson Reuters (published on July 1, 2013). His article, “The Perfect Storm: Lawyer Limitation and the Adversarial Model in Family Law,” published in the American Journal of Family Law, Winter 2014” is now utilized at the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine School of Law. The Strauss Institute has been ranked #1 in the nation by U.S. News and World Report for the 11th year in a row.
