Laurel Starks completed her undergraduate studies at Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri and then at Whittier College in Whittier, California, majoring in sociology and political science.

Laurel complemented 40-hour basic and 18-hour advanced Divorce Mediation training with Forrest “Woody” Mosten, Esq., and Collaborative Divorce Team Training (as the first practicing divorce real estate agent enrollee).
