background

Diane M. Goodman believes that most disputes can be successfully resolved out of court. She helps people use alternative dispute resolution methods to settle their differences. By doing so, the parties maintain full control of the process rather than turning decision making over to a Judge who may not fully understand their needs. Diane M. Goodman acts as a mediator for those who choose to create negotiated agreements with or without the assistance of attorneys. For those who want or need an attorney to represent them but are committed to resolving their disputes without going to court, we offer collaborative law services.

Diane M. Goodman is a Past President of the California Academy of Adoption Lawyers/ California Academy of Family Formation Attorneys. She handles all types of adoptions including agency, independent, and step-parent adoptions. She also handles all aspects of assisted reproduction including donor agreements, surrogacy agreements, and parentage orders.

Ms. Goodman is an A-V rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. A-V is the highest level of legal competence and highest ethical standards possible.
